The fashion industry is undergoing major changes. New players, new technologies, new distribution channels and especially … new customer behaviour. Its impact is felt by everyone in the sector.
During this project in collaboration with Antwerp Management School, we discover newcomers such as Rakuten, Stylect, Holition, Edited, Depop, Browns and leading fashion entrepreneurs from the growing start-up scene in London. We talk to established retailers such as Arket, Gieves & Hawkes to understand how they prepare their business for the future.
We look for answers to questions such as:
We offer the companies that participate the opportunity to present their own business case during this journey to a group of Masters students in Fashion Management, who will then continue to work with it.
We go to Holition and A way to Mars, 2 next generation co-creation and digital fashion platforms.
Meeting with the design team Farfetch.
We take a look behind the scenes of innovative players such as Depop, Metail, Unmade, Intuit, Fashhack, Saveyourwardrobe and more…
Through workshops and co-creation we make the translation to your own company.
On 28th of November we will conclude with a reflection workshop at the Antwerp Management School in which we translate the take-aways to your own business context.

Sara is program manager at the Antwerp Management School for various master’s programs with a Master in Fashion, among other things. Sara accompanied us to London earlier this year on our learning trajectory to London on the theme of new business models in Fashion.
