Too many organizations think they are successfully digitizing by putting files in the cloud or implementing a new digital tool. However, more is needed to make a digital culture change. After all, digitization is based on three pillars: tools, processes and people. The tools are just a small part of the story. It’s mainly about the people. Only if they are motivated, have the knowledge and receive the support to use new tools, a digital transformation can succeed.
In this 2-day bootcamp we go through the different domains of digitization of your marketing & sales, with a focus on practical expertise: how the technology works, what the applications are in your business and how they can offer added value. We screen the AS-IS situation and from there we explore the possibilities of digitization and how it will change the way people work.
Module 1 (half a day)
In the first session we will discover through Design Thinking where the opportunities lie. In this practical workshop, we compile, preferably in co-creation with a number of customers, a “Customer Journey” to map all your customers’ touch points with your company. From this input, we will then spot the opportunities for improvement and digitization.
Module 2 (half a day)
In the 2nd module we will work with the output and opportunities from module 1 and we will go through the various new technologies, platforms, digital tools that can be interesting to offer an answer to the sales & marketing challenges of your company. The bootcamp is intended for SMEs who want to make their sales & marketing activities future-proof through digitization. We focus on business managers and / or sales & marketing managers. Preferably, module 1 also involves customers to gain new insights through co-creation.
